WHAT SIRAD^TM WILL DO

In an event of dirty bomb detonations or exposure from unshielded radiography sources, unshielded radiotherapy sources, unshielded radiothermal generators, nuclear detonations and nuclear reactor accidents SIRAD will do the following:

• It will provide an early warning (if the exposure is higher than 1 rad) to leave the affected area.
• It will give peace-of-mind that you are not exposed and if you are exposed, it will monitor high dose (1-1,000 rads) of radiation, there by it can minimize fear/panic/havoc/turmoil.
• It will help people in taking preventive care.
• It will make affected people vigilant of their increased risk of cancer.
